Nyack and Piermont Live Jazz And Blues

You do not have to travel to Manhattan for a great night or day of listening to live Jazz and Blues artists. In fact, just step out on to the street or off your porch and your ears will be filled with the beat of the drums, the sounds of soul searching saxes, the tickling of the ivories up and down your spine and the deep and mellow sounds of the bass. The guitar and all manner of other stringed, strummed, plucked, drummed, blown and bowed instruments will make your heart pound and satisfy your soul. From July 24th through July 31st Nyack and Piermont will be as sizzling hot as a cat on a hot tin roof! For 8 days and nights, Nyack’s annual celebration of Jazz and Blues will fill your calendar. How wonderful it will be to sit and have a leisurely dinner or drinks and listen to some of the best jazz around. You will sleep well knowing that you have supported local establishments in celebrating the joys of jazz and blues. The celebration will be held at various venues throughout the downtown village of Nyack and Piermont, Including indoor and outdoor sessions many of which will be free to the public. This all begins the week of July 24th with jumping jam sessions and ends on Sunday July 31st with the anticipated spectacular closing night parties TBA!!
