Nyack Septemberfest This Sunday

This Sunday, September 25th will be the annual Nyack Septemberfest. Held rain or shine from 9-5 there will be something for everybody. Crafts,children's activities, jewelry,live music and food. Local resturants will set up outdoor cafes in the street and it is a great opportunity to sample  good local food and and watch all the people stroll by. As a long time Nyack resident, I have learned to embrace the day,  and slow down a bit to watch people experience their day in the village of Nyack. There is always Monday, when the crowds are gone and the village reverts back to what it really is- an eclectic mix of people,houses and businesses lucky to all be so close to the Hudson River and not so far away from NYC....
