Nyack Community Garden Show

Mark your calendars or your iPhones  -  the Garden Club of Nyack’s annual Flower Show is  March 29 2014! The location is the Nyack Elementary School  at 336 North Broadway in Upper Nyack. You can bring your entries to the school either Friday March 28 between 7:30 PM and 8:30PM or Saturday March 29 between 8:00 AM and 9:00AM.  “The Hudson River Valley” is the theme for this year’s show.   Designs can evoke “The Haverstraw Brick Yard,”  “The Rockland Lake Ice House,” and “Artists of the Hudson River School. “   Kids can incorporate all kinds of materials including rocks, sea glass, driftwood, boats and bridges into their designs.  Head over to the Garden Club’s website for more info.  There will be two categories of awards.
