On Monday the Nyack DPW will be removing the old playground in Memorial Park so that the necessary site work can be done for the new and improved playground. We are looking at a spring 2014 grand opening if all goes as planned. The Nyack Park Conservancy, a  501c3 an officially recognized Non Profit has been spearheading a fundraising campaign to make this new playground a reality as well as being a lead agency for other park projects which are included in the Nyack Master Plan.
