We are proud to introduce the hottest thing in real estate technology:  Millions Mapped, our website’s new application for mobile devices such as ipads, tablets, or smart phones.  It is truly amazing!   You gotta see it…use it…to believe it.  Just go to Millions Mapped at the istore or at the Playstore, install, and right away you see every possible listing available, even ones that are not in our MLS.  That means you can use it in Palisades, Suffern, Nanuet, or Stony Point, anywhere in the state, in  neighboring states like New Jersey, or even while you are on vacation and thinking of buying a second home somewhere else in the country!  That’s right.  It connects, as a courtesy, with partner sites that are part of the National Association of Realtors.

So how does it work?  Once you’ve downloaded the APP, it does the work for you.  For example, in Nyack, it will show you a map marked with all the current listings and schools, as well as a Heat Map which is really cool!  This Heat Map offers many categories from which to choose such as the Walk Score,  Short Sales, Foreclosures, Popular Areas, Expensive Homes,  Cheaper Homes, Newest Listings, Oldest Listings and of course Price Reductions!  Once you’ve selected a house, all the specifics pop up.  If you want to read more, it will automatically send you to our website where you will be able to do all the things you would normally do on our advanced, user friendly website.     If the property is not in our MLS, it will send you to a partner website.  Lastly, if you would like to speak directly to someone about the property, it will make the connection for you, either by text, phone call, or email.  It really is an amazing APP that is worth downloading and trying out.  Remember….Millions Mapped!  Download it today right here!  Millions Mapped!
