Jane's Ice Cream opens in New City!  Many of us will refer to the location still as "Cropseys", but for those who aren't familiar with "Cropseys" will find Jane's at the corner of Red Hill Rd. and Little Tor Rd. in New City.  Jane's is a small family run business which "lovingly craft their ice cream."  The ice cream is made in small batches in Kingston, NY.  Jane's uses hormone-free milk from NYS cows and only the finest natural and local ingredients to flavor the ice cream.  All flavors are gluten free with the exception of cookies and cookie dough. All of the sorbets are dairy-free and made with real whole fruit. French vanilla is the only flavor that uses egg yolk.  Jane's Ice Cream also offers some unique  flavors like Apricot Orange Blossom,Dulce De Leche, Salty Caramel Pretzel.  Jane's opens today, June 25 from 10am-9pm.  I already know which flavor I am getting, do you?  See you there!!
