Italian Festival Coming to Congers

It's that time of the year again!  The 5th Annual Italian Festival is scheduled for October 2nd. Starting at 11AM, it will be held at Congers Station Park along Burnside Avenue at Lake Road until 6PM.

There will be something for everyone! Great food, musical entertainment, Italian cooking demos by Marcello (from Suffern), & bounce house "rides", among others. Browse through the goods on display from a variety of vendors, eat wonderful Kettle Korn, and even stop by the "adult refreshment area" for a beer or a glass of wine.

All of this is being presented by the Congers-Valley Cottage Rotary. Proceeds are used to award scholarships to graduating High School Seniors from Congers and Valley Cottage, to distribute Dictionaries and Thesaurus to elementary school students in the two hamlets, and to support causes both local and global.

Come out for a wonderful afternoon and bring the whole family! See you there!
