Interesting Commercial Property in Sparkill

Usually I only get to see new residential listings when I go on Broker Open House tours every Tuesday.  Yesterday, however, I got to see a commercial listing in Sparkill.  I'm interested in Sparkill because it's a mile down the road from where I live inTappan, and I've always thought of it as a neat little village that for some reason has yet to "take off."  Well, the take off has commenced, I think.  There's a fair amount of new construction and renovation around and near the village green, and now there's a new commercial listing right on the green.  MLS# 538554 is a newer building styled to fit into the old time feel of the village with room for several offices and parking for twelve cars.  Priced at 475K, it seems like a good buy.  If you're interested, call the Wright Brothers unofficial commercial real estate maven associate broker Steve Dolinsky at 845 304-3161.
