To all of those who suffer from Celiac Disease, or just gluten intolerant, Posa Posa Pizzeria in Nanuet, NY is the place for you. Posa Posa offers Gluten Free pizza, which is cooked in a designated oven, so you don't have to worry about cross contamination. According to my daughter, who suffers from Celiac, says it tastes like "real" pizza. That is a huge victory for people with Celiac, it isn't easy finding pizza that doesn't taste like cardboard. The only down side is that you have to buy an entire pie, you can' t order just a slice or 2, and it is pretty costly. But, if you are use to buying gluten free food, this is nothing new. Thank you Posa Posa in Nanuet, for providing a tasty treat for all those out there that can' t eat regular pizza.
