Gilligans a seafood restaurant in Pomona

One of our favorite family places for dinner in the summer is Gilligan's! Of course, we come for the lobster dinner. In fact, it was my fellow real estate colleagues that introduced me to this place years ago. The lobster dinner comes with a 1 1/4 lb lobster, steamed clams and more mussels than anyone can possible eat....oh yes and cole slaw. We like their stuffed baked clams and their New England clam chowder. IThe kids enjoy the virgin pina coladas and the virgin daquiris. And the huge caramel 5 scoop ice cream sundae or the key lime pie is a great ending. I haven't frequented their fish store, but have heard from many this is where they come to buy their fish. It's a little loud inside both decor and sound, but well worth the travel to a more northern part of Rockland County from Nyack.
