It's that time again! Rockland County Department of Health is providing free rabies shots for dogs, cats, and ferrets. A $5.00 donation per shot will help defray the costs.  There is no appointment required. Just come to the Rockland County Fire Training Center on Firemen's Memorial Drive in Pomona, NY Sunday, April 21, 2013 between 10AM and 1PM. There are only a few rules:

Your dog, cat, or ferret must be healthy

Your pet must be older than 3 months

Dogs must be on a leash at ALL TIMES

Cats and ferrets must be on a leash or in a top-opening crate.

By law, all dogs, cats, & ferrets must be vaccinated and what better way to accomplish this than to get the vaccination done for a minimal cost?
