Free Rabies Clinic in Pomona

OK, so it's probably too late to make it for today's clinic where cats, dogs, and ferrets can receive their rabies vaccination for free (they request a $5.00 per animal donation, but it is not required), but the next one is already scheduled for October 14th.  Hours are between 10 AM and 1 PM. Location is at the Rockland County Fire Training Center in Pomona

I just got back from taking my 2 dogs for their rabies shots and this is truly a wonderful service being provided for animal owners. The line wasn't long, you get to meet some wonderful people, and you get paperwork for your own vet and the rabies vaccination tag for their collars.  What's not to appreciate about this?!?!

So, whether you live in Palisades, Pearl River, Suffern, Nyack, New City, Stony Point, or wherever, if you have animals who require a rabies shot, mark October 14th on your calendars and make the trip to Pomona
