- Property disclosure – Required to reveal all known defects with your property. Check with NY State to see if you require a special form.
- Access to premises agreement for potential purchasers – An agreement that sets up conditions when permitting the buyer to enter your home.
- Contract of Sale – An agreement with you and the buyer listing all terms and conditions of the sale. Check with your attorney or NY State to see if you require a special form.
- Contract contingency clauses – In addition to contract of sale, you may need to add one or more addendums to the contract to address special contingencies, i.e., the buyer’s need to sell a home before purchasing your home, buyer’s mortgage clause.
