Flu Shot For Tappan Resident But No Lollipop

   I'm old enough to admit that I've had a lifelong abhorrence of injections, probably as a result of seeing my grandmother prepare her insulin shots.  At any rate this has led to a series of decisions that in retrospect might seem foolish.  For example, I never took novocaine at the dentist until after I graduated high school.  And, until today, I have never had a flu shot simply out of... cowardice.  But today, after my wife came back after getting her flu shot, I put on my man pants, and went and got mine.  But even though I screamed and cried only a little bit, I still didn't get a lollipop.
