I can't wait for the farmers market in Piermont to open - first day is June 5th, a Sunday. Offered at the market are cut flowers, fruit, vegetables, New York State wine (my personal favorite is Black Dirt Red), baked goods, cheese, pies, jams and even pickles fresh from the pickle barrel. Please support our local farmers by purchasing their fresh picked seasonal fruits and veggies. I have even seen fresh fava beans there - some vegetables offered here cannot be purchased in a supermarket. The Piermont Farmers' Market will be open every Sunday from 9:30 am until 3:00 pm well into the Fall. It is centrally located in Piermont in the parking lot of M&T Bank on Piermont Avenue. Enjoy your Sunday by stopping at the farmers market in Piermont, New York. There is easy parking in the public parking lot across from the Piermont Fire House, or ride your bike over!
