Many of us are happy with the warm temperatures, crocus blooming and NO snow.  Well, the flowers popping up are not the only signs of an early spring.  The spring housing market in New City is heating up.  It is amazing how many new homes are coming onto the market every day.  So far, in the month of March, New City has seen 24 new single family home listings.  These new listings vary in list price from $360,000 to a high of $759,900.  Every Tues., agents get to tour the new inventory.  Today, New City had 12 Broker Open Houses.  By touring the new listings, agents can then go back to their buyers with real information about houses that may be of interest to them.  Not only has there been a lot of new homes coming onto the market, the buyers are out too.  Buyers are not only looking on the weekends, but the warm weather has the them out during the week as well.  If you are thinking, should I put my house on the market, the answer is YES, and give me a call, so I can tell you what Wright Bros. and I can do for you.
