On Saturday, October 15, Christ Church in Sparkill will hold its second annual ECO Day, celebrating the relationship between humanity and the environment.  The event will take place on the grounds of Christ Church, located on New Street, from noon to 4 PM.  Al Gore's film "An Inconvenient Truth" will be presented by the award winning musician Nathan Currier, representing the Climate Reality Project.  Also on hand will be some unusual animals from Outragehiss Pets, and a presentation from the beekeeper Ron Breland.  Children can help make apple cider using an old-fashioned cider press.  Combine this with lunch or dinner at Woody's Restaurant on the Green in Sparkill, and you'll have had a nice Fall day.
