DVine Bar Stands The Test Of Time In Sparkill

When I first stepped into DVine Bar in the quaint little hamlet of Sparkill, I knew Joe Printz of Rockland’s finest wine boutique Grape D’Vine was on to something special. Four years later the food and décor continue to please. The iron work and wood shelving are truly works of art that create a very warm and friendly environment. Couple this with an ever changing menu of small plates from around the world, and you have a home run. His wine selection is extensive and delicious. He has now expanded again with a wonderful little pizza bistro in Piermont.  Try one of these delightful restaurants soon and you’ll see why reservations at DVine bar are so hard to come by. There is also seating at the bar and a communal table for 10 if you can’t procure a reservation, but come early as these fill up fast. Image title
