DVine Bar Serves Great Tapas In Sparkill

When I first stepped into DVine Bar in the quaint little hamlet of Sparkill, I knew the months of anticipation were well worth the wait. Joe Printz of Rockland’s finest wine boutique Grape D’Vine has opened a restaurant next door that is stunning to both the eye and taste bud. The iron work and wood shelving are truly works of art that create a very warm and friendly environment. Couple this with an ever changing menu of small plates from around the world, and you have a home run. His wine selection is extensive and delicious. All of his creations we have tried have been wonderful, but the clams based around a deconstructed New England chowder could be the shining star.  Try this gastronomically delightful restaurant soon and you’ll see why reservations are so hard to come by. There is also seating at the bar and a communal table for 10 if you can’t procure a reservation, but come early as these fill up fast.
