As part of the celebration of the 150th year of Christ Episcopal Church in Sparkill, there will be an evening of classical music performed by the Memling Ensemble string quartet.  The members of the ensemble are themselves musicians in the Metropolitan Opera Orchestra, and in keeping with the celebration, the music to be performed will be that  which would have been played in 1864.   The concert will take place in Christ Episcopal Church on New Street in Sparkill on Saturday, November 15 at 7:30 PM, with a reception to follow.   Tickets may be obtained at, or call 845 359-2858, and are $20 in advance and $25 at the door, with student tickets priced at $15 with ID.
