Clarkstown School Board OKs Superintendent Search

Here I am, on vacation and having a wonderful time. I check out facebook, and find that the New City Patch has posted an article about the Clarkstown School Board, voting to allow a search for a new superintendent, and the motion was passed by 1 vote. According to the New City Patch, many residence were at the meeting and not happy with what the board was proposing. After reading the article, I am outraged. When asked why, no answers were given. Who is going to pay for this search? What is going on? The actions of some of the board members do not reflect many of the community. When it is time to vote for new board members, this is the time for the community to be heard. I just hope it isn't too late!
