Aida Sanabria, my son and daughter's elementary school teacher, will teach a one hour yoga class followed by half hour journaling session at Birchwood Center in South Nyack. Aida has taught at Upper Nyack elementary for the past 7 years and will be teaching at Liberty Elementary in Valley Cottage next year. We love that she sees value of movement and yoga in the classroom. She taught yoga in my daughter's 3/4 mixed age classroom many times. The sessions will be from July 18- July 22 and July 25-July 29 from 9-10:30 am. Your child (8-12) can attend for the whole week or one session at a time. For more info or to register, contact: Aida Sanabria at (917) 887-0769 or email: aidasanabria@aidasyoga.com
