Car Break Ins In Nanuet
- Park in a well-lighted area (even though my car was parked under a light in the parking lot)
- Don't leave valuables visible in the car - best is to leave valuables at home. If you can't do that, put them in the trunk before you arrive at your destination (burglars can watch you transfer your prized possessions to the trunk and then they will target your car.)
- Close all windows and doors and lock your car!
- Mark your valuables
- Use anti-theft devices
- Never leave your registration papers in the car
Anyway, just be careful and make your car less attractive and less likely to be broken into and/or stolen.
