It's back to school time, and People to People in Nanuet, NY is holding their Back to School with Dignity program. This program is a vital part of the People to People organization,  they provide children from low-income families with school supplies. This not only helps the students be successful, it also takes the pressure off of the parents to buy the "required school supplies".  Back to School with Dignity helps children in grades K through 12th.  Some of the items collected are: quality backpacks, binders, pocket folders, calculators, notebooks, composition tablets, highlighters, pens, pencils, markers, crayons, glue sticks and scissors.  Monetary donations can be made as well  by visiting http://www.peopletopeopleinc.org, and click "Donate".  Or you can  bring items to People to People, 121 West Nyack Rd., Nanuet, NY, on Monday through Wednesday from 9:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Thursday from 9:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. and Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.  So when you are picking up supplies for your student, pick up a few extra things, and make a difference in a child's life!Image title
