Back On Track In Historic Tappan

  It's been a long winter.   For some weeks now, I have not been able to do my cardio routine outside, and as much as I enjoy going to the Diplomat gym, walking and jogging in the fresh air is the best.  I think this morning, I'm going to suit up and head out.  Here in Tappan, there just enough dips and rises to make thing interesting, and plenty of side streets so that I am not bothered by too much traffic.  Also, there is the paved trail between Tappan and Sparkill, which is a real delight.  That is probably still covered with snow, so I'll pass on that for the time being, and make up my route as I go along.
