On Monday, December 16, the third annual Tappan holiday Stroll on Main Street will take place from 6 to 8 PM.  Last year's stroll was cancelled because of Superstorm Sandy, and this year it's back, and better than ever.  Tappan Restaurants will have tables set up on the sidewalk, and the street will will be closed to trafffic.  Carolers will be in attendance, and so will Santa.  I will be reading "A Visit From Santa", and a special tree will be set up for people to decorate.  See you there!
