A Free Informative Dinner In New City

We’ve all gotten them in the mail…”come to a free dinner at restaurant XYZ” by Acme investment firm. All have landed in my waste basket, expecting a heavy handed sell in exchange for my meal. I received an invitation that stated “will Social Security be there when you retire?” My interest peaked; I called and reserved a place for my wife and I, later to add two close friends who also had never attended one of these events.
Were we pleasantly surprised!!! Not only were we treated to a great meal at La Terrazza in New City, but learned way more than I ever knew about the social security system, and mind boggling strategies to maximize your benefits. There was no “SELL” at all, and I may now become an investment seminar groupie. It was a very pleasant and extremely informative experience.
