Shared Use Path Construction To Begin In South Nyack

After 2 years of waiting, construction of the walking/cycling path across the Tappan Zee Bridge is about to begin. It appears that several changes will also be made for motorized vehicle access to and exit from the Thruway (Exit and Entrance 10). Be prepared -- things are likely to be pretty snarled for a while.
