TZHS Spring Blood Drive - Today, Thursday March 10th. Sponsored by the TZHS Senior Class, Orangeburg, NY, and in honor and support of TZ '92 graduate Melissa Dimataris who is battling leukemia. This will be the second drive dedicated to Melissa after a record breaking first drive was held last fall. That success, combined with the results of this one will put TZHS as a front row contender in the NY Blood Center/NY Yankee HS Blood Donation Champions Program under the category of Most Improved High School, reported Robin Friehling, Account Manager for the NY Blood Center. This distinction would put SOCSD's name in lights over Yankee Stadium during the game on June 11th with an SOCSD contingent accepting the honor from the infield! Go the to back gym of TZHS in Orangeburg, NY, 7:30am until 7:30 pm.
