Mary listens. As I’d come to a certain age, dealing with health issues, it came time to sell my family house. Our house was very special to everyone in the family because it was built by my husband’s grandfather, and had stayed in the family ever since.
It was important to me to work with someone who would appreciate the history of the house, and what made it special. I needed someone who would listen. When it came time for my Mom to sell her house, she needed a lot of help. The process started just before the COVID-19 outbreak, and for many reasons, it took 2 years to get the house ready to sell. Mary stayed involved the whole time, and helped us get it ready for the market. My mother is elderly and has health issues, so there were special considerations in the process of selling the house, and finding Mom a new apartment that was accessible and desirable.
