Womens Annual Distance Run Walk Race

This Saturday, July 14- 8 a.m, at Rockland Lake State Park in Congers, the Rockland Road Runners Club will present the 25th Anniversary Women's Distance Festival, which will be a 5k run/walk race.This 25th Anniversary Distance Festival, will be a 5k run/walk race. Proceeds from this event will benefit the Rockland Family Shelter.

As usual, volunteers are cruucial to conducting this event.  If interested, please feel free to contact Larry Wolf at larrywolf@optonline.net, or at 845-634-1800 to work as a volunteer.

For the ladies, this has been the only Womens Distance Festival 5k women's walking or running event in Rockland County--So ladies this is our race, come out and join us for this event!
