I make a yearly visit to the historic Saratoga race track each summer, a few hours from Nyack in beautiful upstate New York. It is a wonderful venue filled with pageantry during the
What To Do On Your Snow Day
So it's snowing A LOT out here in Nyack as I type this... Actually, a lot may be a bit of an understatement. Anyways, it got me thinking: What's the best way to enjoy a snow (blizzard apocalypse) day? Sleep in - If you don't have work/school, why not? Relax!
Board Games - Play some board games with your family or friends. I especially like Rummikub or Jenga. Great games.

Get Some Work Work Done - Maybe you're behind on a project, or you've been wanting to get started on a new one. Or maybe you just need to finish one of your bi-weekly blogs. Now is that perfect time to get to it.
Fly A Kite - Just kidding! How horrible would it be to try to fly a kite during a storm like this?
Try Out Some New Recipes - Unfortunately the pizza guy may not make it to the house during the storm, so try your hand at some cooking, or try some new recipes. And as a bonus, cooking with friends and family is really fun. Really!
And last but not least...
Whip Out The Drink!!! - Enough said
