Union Restaurant Haverstraw NY

The Union Restaurant and Bar Latino, located on New Main Street in Haverstraw, NY, is holding its 4th annual We Care Event  at their restaurant.  This is just one of many ways that the owners are once again reaching out to their community.  From February 27th--February 29th, 4:30--8pm on each of these days, they will be opening their doors to people in need.  A full buffet style meal will be offered to people in the community who are still struggling financially.

Union has reported that they will be closed for regular business on these days.  I think this is such a wonderful event and a great thing to do for their surrounding community.  By the way, if you have never eaten at Union, you should really make it a point to get over there.  The food is always fresh and delicious, thanks to Executive Chef, David Martinez.  The atmosphere is very nice, and there's an outdoor patio, too, which is a plus in my opinion. (I love outside dining, and it seems to be lacking around here in general).
