Nyack Real Estate Broker Stats

Well, here we are at the start of summer!  It is sweltering outside - sizzling, actually.  Well guess where it is also sizzling?  At Wright Bros.  Real Estate in Nyack.  We have been working hard all year long.  While some have been complaining about the state of the market, we have just kept our noses to the grindstone, and have been producing some great results.  We rank ourselves against other Nyack brokers.  There are six firms we use in our calculations.  When considering a mega-co like RAND, we only consider their NYACK office (as the local office).  So here are the NYACK broker figures of performance based on JAN-to date.  We use info available from HGMLS.  There are 3 categories:

Market share by active listings:
Wright leads at 30%, followed by Ellis at 24 and Rand at 21 and Baer at 14
Total Office Market Share:
Wright leads at 34%, Ellis at 21, Baer at 20, Rand at 16
 
UNDER CONTRACT MARKET SHARE:
Wright at 42%
Baer at 21%
Rand at 18%
Ellis at 11%
