Attention all riders!!! Another great benefit for Nyack Hospital is coming up soon! On Sunday, June 5, 2011 the Nyack Hospital Rockland 100 will take place, rain or shine. The 100K Motorcycle Run benefits the Nyack Hospital Foundation. The route sheet (to be provided at registration) promises to take you on a ride of about 60 miles of beautiful and scenic Rockland County roads.
We already know how beautiful the county is, now how about enjoying the views from your bike?! That's even better!! Don't own a motorcycle? Come on, jump on with someone else as a passenger and soak in the scenic views. The start/finish line is at Dolce (IBM) in Palisades, NY. At the finish line there will also be live music by Reverb, a BBQ picnic, raffles, and more!
The event is sponsored by the Hudson Valley Harley Riders but all makes and models are welcome. You can visit the website to find out complete information about the event and get all the registration information. You can also choose to purchase a sponsorship (there are different levels) or make a donation.

"Most agents will share sunny stories, but what happens when things don’t go as planned?
Mary was referred by her broker after an initial listing with another agent was terminated and I had deep reservations as to whether to stick with the firm. The fact that we lost the summer season added to my concerns, but she and Wright Bros rose to the challenge. A super video and much improved photos were quickly completed by her colleague Steve Dolinsky, while Mary pushed on multiple fronts. She held a series of open houses, cajoled agents, and supported a push for a stronger online presence. The house was in contract ten weeks later.
Equally important, Mary proved she could handle tough conversations and stand her ground – with me and in external negotiations – all while maintaining a positive and ethical manner. I’m delighted to refer her – not just for her professional chops, but also for her warm, thoughtful approach. Mary Lovera is a class act."
