Buffalo Chicken Dip For Super Bowl In Nyack

I love spicy food.  And Buffalo Chicken is one of my favorites - whether it is wings, on pizza, or in this dip. The first time I got to sample this wonderful party food was on New Year's Eve in Congers a couple years ago.  If you haven't had it and you like spicy foods that are perfect for big game days or family fun nights, you should give this one a try!  Hint: if you haven't yet gotten the ingredients and want to make it for tomorrow's game, you may have difficulty finding everything, particularly the blue cheese and blue cheese dressing (I'm speaking from experience here.)  Enjoy!
The recipe is my version of the one that is courtesy of Franks Redhot website - they have lots of other yummy recipes there, too!

FRANK'S® REDHOT® BUFFALO CHICKEN DIP

INGREDIENTS:
1 pkg. (8 oz.) softened PHILADELPHIA cream cheese
1/2 cup FRANK'S® REDHOT® Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce or FRANK'S® REDHOT® Buffalo Wings Sauce
1/2 cup blue cheese dressing
2 cups shredded cooked chicken or 2 10 oz cans of chunk chicken
1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese 

DIRECTIONS:
PREHEAT oven to 350°F.COMBINE all ingredients in a 1-quart baking dish.  BAKE 20 min. or until mixture is heated through; stir. Serve with crackers or vegetables. It also is tasty with tortilla chips, warm pita bread, or pita chips.
