A Quiet Sunday In Nyack

One of the things I enjoy about my work as a realtor is the element of serendipity. I usually take my "up time" on Sunday afternoon, and most Sunday afternoons in Nyack are pretty quiet.  There is the occasional phone call about a property for sale or a rental, but for the most part....  And yet, there's always the possibility that someone will walk through the door, and want the million dollar house, as has happened, or the twelve hundred dollar rental, which has also happened, and of course, is much more common an occurrence.  Either way, it's an interesting profession.
