An A Liszt Event in Sparkill
On Saturday, November 5th at 7PM, Christ Episcopal Church in Sparkill will present the internationally acclaimed pianist Christina Kiss in an all- Liszt program. The event is in honor of the 200th anniversary of the birth of Franz Liszt, and the proceeds will benefit the restoration of the historic church, which was just placed on the National Register of Historic Places. Tickets are $15 in advance, and may be purchased by going to www.christchurch-sparkill.org and using PayPal. They will be $20 at the door (seating is very limited, so be warned). A meet the artist reception will be held immediately after, and refreshments will be served.
